Melbourne, FL (July 15, 2015) - Discovery Aviation, Inc. will exhibit at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI at the Wittman Regional Airport from July 20-26, 2015. Discovery's new static aircraft exhibit space is located in the Main Aircraft Display at booth # 352/353, near the flight line.

On display at Discovery's booth will be the 7 seat, twin engine, amphibious utility aircraft - the Discovery 201 and the 2 seat, IFR Certified, flight training aircraft - the Discovery XL-2. Both aircraft meet the demands of aviation business and training needs.

About the Discovery 201

The Discovery 201 is a flexible, multi-role utility aircraft, capable of operating from paved runways and rough fields. When equipped with optional floats or skis, the 201's versatility extends itself to operations from water and snow.

The 201 is powered by two 210hp Continental IO-360 engines with Hartzell props, giving a maximum cruise speed of 124 knots, a useful load of 1800 lbs. and a maximum range of 1000 NM. The cabin area can be configured for up to 5 adults, or given over to cargo with easy access from the unique rear entry doors. Other popular configurations include air ambulance and parachute/photography.

About the Discovery XL-2

The Discovery XL-2  is the world's best value IFR Certified flight training aircraft. With an average fuel burn of 4.8gph, and powered by a Continental IOF-240B FADEC equipped engine, the XL-2 is geared for optimal efficiency and low operating costs.

The upgraded Discovery XL-2 is now available with Garmin's G500 dual screen glass panel and G650 avionics, and all integrated with many other features including autopilot. To meet the growing technical advances, and address the 30+ countries where the XL-2 is now certified, other options include, ADS-B, DME, ADF.

Melbourne, FL (June 4, 2015) - Discovery Aviation, Inc. will exhibit at the Paris Airshow from June 15-21, 2015 in Paris, France at the Le Bourget Exhibition Centre. Discovery will be located in Hall 3 - the U.S. Pavilion, at booth #3A80-J. Discovery Aviation will be taking orders for the upgraded version of the Discovery XL-2 in their debut at the Paris Airshow 2015, Le Bourget.

The Discovery XL-2 is the world's best value IFR Certified training aircraft. The XL-2 has an average fuel burn of 4.8 gph (18.17 lph), powered by a Continental IOF-240B FADEC equipped engine for optimal efficiency. The XL-2 also features a modular carbon fiber/steel chassis design that significantly reduces the overall maintenance costs of this primary flight trainer.

Since achieving FAA Certification in 2004, the Discovery XL-2 has also achieved Type Certification in 30+ countries including EASA Certification as well as in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, and Australia - making this IFR Certified aircraft the most globally attractive flight trainer in its class.

The upgraded Discovery XL-2 will include (as standard equipment) the latest Garmin avionics IFR package, and a Gross Weight Increase to 1,750 pounds. Several options will also be available, including a G500 Dual Screen EFD, ADS-B, DME, ADF and Autopilot.

Discovery is also very excited to announce that their seven seat utility plane, the twin engine Discovery 201 is close to completing everything required to receive FAA Type 23 Certification. The rugged, amphibious 201, with excellent STOL performance in all conditions will be the first new entrant in its category in many decades, and is eagerly anticipated by operators looking for a new workhorse with low operating costs and great performance.

Discovery Aviation, Inc. will be exhibiting at the Farnborough International Airshow for the first time this year. Discovery is a new and exciting entrant to the Global General Aviation scene, and we are proud to be making our European debut at Farnborough during the bi-annual exhibition taking place from July 14 - 20, 2014.

Discovery Aviation will have a booth in Hall 3, Booth B1 in the US Pavilion, where we exhibit the features and benefits of our certified Part 23 aircraft: the multi-role, 7 place twin engine, STOL, 201 utility airplane, and the world's most economic IFR trainer, the XL-2. Both of these aircraft are money-makers. Rick Cunliffe, the CEO, and Paul Bartlett, the COO will both be on hand welcoming anyone interested in discussing opportunities with Discovery Aviation.

Since acquiring the rights to produce the XL-2 in March of this year, Discovery has been busy updating the XL-2 for production, and working to complete the FAA TC validation of the 201. Discovery is also closing in on a decision as to where it will be producing the XL-2 and the 201 in the United States. We plan to choose our new home very soon, and begin production of the XL-2 followed by the 201 as soon as the certification process is complete.
